Hello everyone and welcome to today's post. Ok, so we all have that one dress that's cute and comfortable but after a few wears we get kind of bored with it. Well, I've pulled together a few looks that will give a simple print dress a spin.
I call this segment "The Quadruple Take."
1 Dress, 4 Looks
Look #1 - All Business
The easiest way to make a simple dress office ready is to add a blazer. This one piece of clothing has the power to take a casual dress to job interview status in a few seconds. Add a pair of heels and your look is complete. I added some nude wedges to give my feet some extra support.
Look #2 - Vest is Best
The easiest way to give this look some flare is to throw on a vest. It changes the look and the shape of the dress without feeling like you're weighed down by a bunch of clothes.
Look #3 - A Sweater is Better
One of the quickest ways to brush up a dress is to add a sweater. Change up the shape by wrapping a belt around and put on some boots for a cool fall day. What I like about this look is that it can go from autumn to spring or night to day with a simple shoe change.
Look #4 - Lots of Layers
As for the last look it has a summer feel all the way. Turn your dress into a skirt by layering a tank over it. Switch up your style even more by wearing a pair of Converse sneakers with it. The unconventional foot wear gives the girly outfit a touch of skater charm. One dress really can have endless possibilities with the right accessories and a little time. So go and take a look in your closet. You never know what you'll find.
