Old Navy Outfit Breakdown: Swing Dress

Hello, everybody and welcome to today's post. I've been a big fan of Old Navy for a few years now because it offers stylish clothing for an affordable price. I'm an even bigger fan of affordable clothing, which is why Old Navy is one of my go-to stores for shopping. If y'all like me to do a post of my favorite stores to buy clothes just let me know in the comments. I'd love to share my picks with you and have you share your picks with me.

But anyway, I thought I'd do a little outfit breakdown on how I usually style an Old Navy Jersey Swing Dress.

Out of all the clothing choices Old Navy has to offer their Jersey Swing Dresses are my favorites because they're just so comfortable and easy to wear. I'm a plus size girl so finding a shirt/dress that fits well but covers curves I prefer not to show can be challenging sometimes. But with the Old Navy swing dresses I don't have to worry about how it's fitting because it flows over me without clinging to me.

Now let's talk about the leggings >>>>>

Leggings are, in my opinion, some of the best things invented since sliced toast and the iPhone because they're so versatile.  I mean, really think about it. If you have a dress that's a little too short or you want to rock an awesome tunic a good pair of leggings can totally make the outfit.

The ones I paired with the swing dress actually came from Torrid. They're part of Torrid's Harry Potter collection and are covered in golden Harry Potter designs. I absolutely love Torrid's leggings because they cater to plus size girls, which means their clothes are cut to accentuate a curvy girl's body.

We're still having some wintery days in the South so when it came to my shoes I went for my brown wide-calf ones I got from the Shoe Department last winter. You can never go wrong with boots. Boots can take even the simplest outfit to the next level.

In conclusion, it doesn't take much to style an Old Navy Swing dress because it's one of those items of clothing that you can just throw on and know that you'll look decent in it. For anyone not wanting to put too much thought in their outfits definitely consider purchasing one of these dresses.

Until next time . . .

XOXO,

Nellie
